About Pat Miller | Broker/Owner, CRS, GRI, SRESTop Producing, Award Winning Broker
Pat was born and raised in Mill Valley where she grew up riding her horses on Mt. Tamalpais. Upon graduating from Marin Catholic High School, Pat attended College of Marin and went to work for San Rafael Police Department as a Community Service Officer. Upon moving to Rohnert Park, Pat went to work for Pisenti and Brinker CPA's as an assistant to the managing partner. Pat and Tim were married in 1979 and have made Rohnert Park and Cotati their home since.
Pat is a Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Fine Homes Specialist, Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is a current member of the North Bay Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and is frequently called upon to sit on Realtor conduct hearings. Pat is Co-owner of Prudential California Realty.
A 2004 - 2008 Member of the Board of Directors of the California Junior Miss Program, in 2002, Pat won the "Ralph Jones Humanitarian Award" for the Rohnert Park - Cotati Chaper of Realtors®. In 2000, Pat was "Chairman" of the North Bay Association of Realtors® and in 1996, she was "Realtor of the Year" for the Rohnert Park - Cotati Chapter of Realtors. In 1989, Pat was the "First Year Outstanding Sale Associate" for Prudential California Realty in Santa Rosa.
A Realtor® since 1989, Pat is a consistent Top Producer. In five of the last six years, Pat has earned Prudential Real Estate's "Chairman's Circle Gold Award". This award is given to the top 3% of Prudential Real Esate's Sales Professionals Nationwide.
Pat is also Past President of the Santa Rosa 99's "International Organization of Women Pilots" and an active member of her church.
About Tim Miller, REALTOR®Tim was born in Sebastopol and raised in Sonoma County. Upon graduating from Petaluma High School, Tim attended Santa Rosa Junior College, then joined the California Division of Forestry. In 1968, Tim became a member of the California Highway Patrol. He served briefly in West Los Angeles then eight years in Marin County. In 1978 Tim became an Investigator with the CHP. During his 31 year career he enjoyed terrific assignments including his last assignment as Sergeant in charge of the aviation support unit based at the Napa County Airport. Tim retired from the CHP on March 3, 1999.
A Realtor® and Co-owner of Prudential California Realty, Tim joined Pat in Real Estate on March 4, 1999. Tim brings a technology oriented, honest and positive approach to real estate transactions. In addition to using conventional marketing techniques, Tim constantly works to create Internet-based tools to promote and market properties.
Tim enjoys participating in community activities and was 2006 - 2007 President of the Rotary Club of Rohnert Park - Cotati. in 2006 - 2007 Tim and other club members sponsored the new Rotary Club of Rancho Cotati. The club was chartered with 42 members. In 2008-2010 Tim will serve as Assistant Governor in Rotary's District 5130. Tim is also a member of the St. Elizabeth Seton finance advisory committee.
Pat and Tim have three children ranging in age from 33 to 15 years old. The two youngest attend Rohnert Park Schools. The oldest is attending nursing school at Napa Community College.
